During this engaging session, you'll learn about the health benefits of traditional and herbal teas and the powerful link between social connection and well-being. And you'll have the opportunity to try a new tea of your choosing along with a sweet treat.
You’ll also hear about Tea @ 3, a free program that fosters meaningful connections across generations. Whether you come for the tea, the conversation, or the sense of community, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and uplifted. Come for the tea. Stay for the connection.
